01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProductArena ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. ProductArena provides a competitive product discovery service where users can submit products, vote on matchups, and participate in tournaments.
02 Description of Service
ProductArena hosts real-time, community-voted product tournaments. Features include, but are not limited to:
- Product submissions by creators and community members.
- Head-to-head live voting matchups structured in rounds.
- Leaderboards, tournament histories, and product showcases.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
03 User Accounts
To participate in voting or submit a product, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
04 Product Submission & Intellectual Property
When submitting a product to ProductArena, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the creator of the product, or you have explicit permission to submit the product on behalf of its creator.
- The product does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
- The submission does not contain malicious code, illegal content, or violate any applicable laws.
By submitting a product, you grant ProductArena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your product's name, logo, tagline, and public metadata for the purpose of operating the tournaments and promoting the Platform.
05 Voting Integrity & Fair Play
The integrity of our tournaments is paramount. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any behavior that artificially manipulates voting outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to: using automated bots, purchasing votes, utilizing VPNs to cast multiple votes, or offering financial incentives in exchange for votes. ProductArena reserves the right to disqualify products, deduct votes, or ban accounts found in violation of these fair play rules at our sole discretion.
06 Disclaimers & Liability
ProductArena is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of product claims made by creators. Any "prizes," badges, or features awarded through tournaments have no monetary value and are awarded entirely at the discretion of ProductArena.
In no event shall ProductArena, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
